This week's blog candy is the "Good Day Sunshine" paper pack by My Mind's Eye, and I'm also going to toss in a few Bo Bunny cardstock colors to coordinate with it. This is the line of paper that I used to make the layout below. I loved working with these papers as the colors were so unique and soft. Now I want to go to the beach!! This layout is not going to be a kit, but I will list the sizes for you if you'd like to scraplift. See below.
All cuts are from the new Pack Your Bags cart. The suitcase is 2 1/2", turtles are 2" and 2 1/2", lobster is 2 1/4", lifesaver ring is 2 1/2", drink is 4", crab is 2", sandcastle is 3", and "Our Trip" is 2".
Mat Sizes are as follows...
Yellow: (1) 5 x 7, (2) 5 x 5
Dark Red: (1) 4 1/2 x 6 1/2, (2) 4 1/2 x 4 1/2
Patterned: (1) 4 1/4 x 6 1/4, (2) 4 1/4 x 4 1/4
All pieces were inked with either blue or dark brown chalk ink. I also used pop-dots and white gel pen. There's also faux stitching around photo mats, using a brown marker. Green ribbon is from Stampin' Up.
The background was pieced together with pages from the My Mind's Eye Good Day Sunshine paper pack. The journal box is also from the paper pack.
