I just wanted to share some pictures of the zillions of cards that have been sent to me. Many are from fellow scrappers who follow my Caring Bridge site HERE, and then I've also gotten a ton from the friends of My Pink Stamper. So huge thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement. I've been loving getting the mail each day, and it's been so much fun to read all of your cards!

I would like to introduce a brand new Guest Designer, Nana Susan, and a brand new kit! Ok, ok, many of you already know Susan, and yes, she just so happens to be my Mom!! She's been using her Cricut even longer than I have, and let's just say I get my artsy skill from her. She's very talented! I have started to train her on how to design kits, so you'll probably start to see about 1 per month from her. But you'll still order them from me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com, and you can even combine shipping with my own kits, so it'll still be nice and convenient.

Here is the very first kit from the Nana Susan line - "Fabulous & Feisty". Designed entirely with the Paisley cartridge, it's perfect for any little girl in your life - from tiny through early teens.

This kit is VERY limited in numbers since it's the first in this line, and will include all of the patterned papers, cardstock, ribbon, buttons, brad, rhinestone, and as usual, the photo mats will all be pre-cut for you. You'll also get detailed, yet easy to follow directions with the Cricut Cut Chart, which shows you line by line exactly what you'll need to cut on your machine with all of the settings. And cuts are grouped by color so it's nice and efficient. There are also well-organized written instructions and plenty of color photographs.

To complete this layout as shown, you'll need the following supplies: Cricut Expression and mat, Paisley cartridge, dark brown chalk ink, white gel pen, 3D pop-dots, punch for brad, standard stapler, Diamond Stickles, mini glue dots for buttons, plus adhesive and standard tools such as scissors and paper trimmer.

This kit is $25, and will be available around the first week of August, which is the same time that my "Splash" kit (see post below) will be ready to ship. If you order both, you can combine shipping. Shipping for 1 kit runs $5 in California, or $6-$9 in the rest of the US, depending on location. When we combine shipping, you'll generally only pay $1-$2 extra for that second kit. Or if you're in California, there's no extra charge to ship the second kit. Also, see the slideshow at the top of my blog for other available kits. You can also purchase directions only for this and all of my past 30+ projects for $10/project. Click HERE to see options for directions only.

To order this kit or any others, just email me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com. Be sure to let me know what kits you'd like to order, plus your state or zip so I can calculate shipping, and if you'd prefer to pay by PayPal or check. If you choose to pay by PayPal, I will send you a PayPal invoice. If you choose to pay by check, I'll send you my mailing address along with your total. Again, this is a VERY limited kit, so don't wait long to order. And don't forget that you can combine it with the new Splash kit as well. (ps. Please be a little patient for my email replies over this weekend as I'll be doing chemo on Friday. But I will have both Susan and Wendy to help, so we'll be sure to reply - it just may take a day or two.)

Thanks for stopping in, and I hope you all like the first design from the Nana Susan line!!!

Hi everyone!! Yes, it's really me this time, and I'm back blogging with an actual layout! If you are stopping over from Everyday Cricut, welcome!! Or if you haven't checked out my post over there, today is my day as Guest Designer, so be sure to go to Everyday Cricut HERE for all the info on how to make this layout. OR you can read below for all the info on how to make it lots easier on yourself and just order the kit. If you have questions or would like to order, my email address is moniquegriffith@yahoo.com.

If you have never ordered a kit from me before, here's what's included. You'll get all of the patterned papers (aren't they ADORABLE?), solid cardstock, ribbon, rhinestones and even the googly eyes you'll need to complete the layout. And all of your many layers of photo mats and journal box will be pre-cut for you. Plus you will receive my detailed yet easy to follow directions that include my Cricut Cut Chart, which shows you line by line exactly what you'll need to cut on your machine with all of the sizes and settings for each cut. And the cuts are grouped by color to make it more efficient for you. There are also well-organized written instructions and plenty of color photographs to go with the directions.

To complete this layout kit as shown, you'll need the following supplies: Cricut Expression and mat, Life's a Beach Cartridge, dark brown chalk ink, 3D pop-dots, white gel pen, brown pen, Gold and Diamond Stickles, and basic tools such as scissors, adhesive, etc.

Kits are going to be available around the end of July or the first week of August. The full kit is $25, and shipping is available as well. Shipping is $5 in California, and then ranges from $6 to $9 for the rest of the US depending on location. I ship by Priority Mail, so I can even combine several kits into one shipping box for $10. See the slide show at the top of my blog for other available kits. Directions for this and over 30 other projects are also available for $10/project. Click HERE to see what directions are available.

To order this kit or any others, just email me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com and be sure to include your zip code so I can calculate shipping. Also let me know if you prefer to pay via PayPal or check, and then I can send you a PayPal invoice if that's your preference. It may take me a day or two to get back to you, but I will definitely stay on top of it, along with help from my best friend and assistant, Wendy.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I am hoping to keep doing at least 1 kit/month. For those of you who are not aware, I am producing at a bit slower pace due to my recent diagnosis of Stage 3 Breast Cancer. I am currently in chemotherapy, and will be undergoing various treatments for the next several months. I write about my journey every day on my Caring Bridge site HERE and you're welcome to follow along if you'd like. It's been quite the adventure so far! And to the zillions of you who have been following me and supporting me with messages and cards, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You have NO idea how much it has meant to me to feel so loved and prayed for, and I honestly could not be more thankful for our incredible community of such loving friends!!

One final note. I am going to be walking in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in San Francisco on September 26th. My friend Stephanie set up "Team Monique" and we have almost 20 people walking with us on our team to raise money for breast cancer. People who walked in the past raised money to benefit ME directly, and as a result my treatments are so much more tolerable and effective than they were just a few years ago. I want to be able to pay it forward and help someone else now. Heaven forbid, but it could be any one of us, or our moms, sisters, friends that will need that extra research and support. So if you're able, I urge you to donate to our team HERE. You can click on my name on the team list, or my daughter Emily, or just donate to the overall team. We really want to make a difference!!

This is a message from Stephanie Culton, one of my very best friends in the whole wide world. She and my hubby and I just spent a celebration weekend in Tahoe together, and when she got back, this is what she did, and here's her message...

Dear Friends and Family,

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the San Francisco Bay Area Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure in its efforts to fund breast cancer screening, treatment, education and support programs, as well as Komen's national research grants program. I will also take part in the 2010 Race for the Cure on Sunday, September 26 as part of this program.

As many of you already know, my dear friend Monique Griffith was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I have started a team in her honor which you are also welcomed to join to show your support! You can access team information at the donation link below. You can read more about Monique and her personal journey with breast cancer at: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/moniquegriffith

Please help support me in this important project by contributing generously to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure San Francisco Bay Area Affiliate. Your tax-deductible contribution will help women like Monique who need it now, by supporting local breast cancer programs, and will help protect women in the future by supporting Komen's national research grants program. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause - you can make your donation online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message. If you would prefer, you can also send your tax-deductible contribution to the address listed below. More information on Komen San Francisco Bay Area and its programs can be found at http://www.komensf.org

Whatever you can give will help - it all adds up! I greatly appreciateyour support and will keep you posted on my progress. Feel free to forward this email to your friends and family and follow us on Facebook!

Sincerely,

Stephanie Culton

Hi everyone. I haven't posted in a while since I was so busy wrapping up my spring class schedule. I was planning to take June off, but as it turns out, I'll be taking the next 6 months off. This week, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Next week, I'll start chemotherapy. I'm not going to use this blog for updates, but started a new site at CaringBridge, which is specifically for that purpose. You can read lots more info on what's going on, and stay up to date as my family and I will be posting frequent updates. Here's the site: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/moniquegriffith

Thanks so much for your support and prayers, and I hope to be doing more fun and creative posts here on this blog soon!!

Spring Greetings! It's once again the second Saturday, so it's my turn as Guest Designer over at Everyday Cricut HERE. If you've never checked out Everyday Cricut, you simply must!! It's the absolute best Cricut blog out there, and they are always giving away an obscene number of amazing prizes. So here's a sneak peek of the "Tree Hugger" layout I've posted over there... (This will NOT be a kit, but there is plenty of info over there for you if you want to scraplift it.)

And if you've just popped over to my blog from Everyday Cricut - a huge welcome to you!! I'm a full-time Cricut Designer and Instructor (independent), and I specialize in not only teaching classes locally, but making kits of all of those classes so that people all across the country and even overseas can get the kits and make them at home, while learning more about their Cricut. The directions are detailed, yet very easy to follow because I include my Cricut Cut Chart, which shows you line by line exactly what to cut on your machine with the size and settings for each and every cut. Plus cuts are grouped by color to make it very efficient. There are also well-organized written instructions and plenty of color photographs. I don't mess around!

I just posted 3 brand new kits the other day that are proving to be very popular so far, and you can check out all 3 in the post below this one. There's a Minnie Mouse Book, the "Catch a Wave" layout, and a Girly Gift purse with cards that fit inside. You can also check out the slide show at the very top of my blog to see ALL of my available kits. If you have any questions or see something you'd like to order, just email me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy my blog!! And a huge Happy Mothers Day to all of you moms out there!!

Where on earth have I been lately? (Busy working away on my Cricut!) True, I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. But the good news is that I've got a few new projects to show you to make up for it, and all three are available as kits. Plus I've got a little shipping special going on, so check it out below for details. To order, just email me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com.

First up, it's a brand new Minnie Mouse Book! Who doesn't love Disney? This is a chipboard shape book perfect for pictures of your little Minnie-loving sweetie pie. There are several inner pages for photos and journaling. The pics below show only half of the inside pages, so there are even more fun details than meet the eye! This kit is $30, and includes all of the patterned paper, cardstock, chipboard, ribbon, rings, etc. that you need to complete the project - plus detailed yet easy to follow directions. And btw, the pages themselves will be pre-cut for you to make your life easier. This kit is available for shipping starting May 17th.

Supplies you'll need to complete the Minnie Mouse Book as shown: Expression and mat, Mickey & Friends cartridge, Mickey Font cartridge, Crop-a-dile or hole punch for chipboard, dark brown chalk ink, white gel pen, Diamond Stickles, standard tools and lots of adhesive.

It's almost Summer, and here's the brand new "Catch a Wave" layout to get the party started! This kit is $25, and includes all of the patterned papers, cardstock, 3 different ribbons, multiple journal box options, and full directions. This kit is available for shipping starting May 24th.

Supplies you'll need to complete the "Catch a Wave" layout as shown: Expression and mat, Everyday Paper Dolls cartridge, any font cartridge (I used Cuttin' Up), light brown and dark brown chalk ink, 3D pop dots, white gel pen, brown pen, stapler, plus standard tools and adhesive.

And finally, it's the "Girly Gift" purse and card collection. A unique gift for a special friend, sister, daughter, mom or teacher (wouldn't this make a GREAT end-of-year teacher gift???), this beautiful purse holds a perfectly coordinating set of 4 fabulously girly note cards and envelopes. This kit includes 1 sheet of 12x24 cardstock, the beautiful patterned papers, cardstock, ribbon, brads, rhinestones, envelopes, and velcro closure for the purse. Plus of course, the full directions. The kit is $25, and shipping is available starting May 10th. (Yes, I've finally figured out a way to ship the kit *with* the 12x24 cardstock - woohoo!)

Supplies you'll need to make the Girly Gift project as shown: Expression and mat, plus 12x24 mat, Tags-Bags-Boxes cartridge, Mother's Day cartridge, black or dark brown chalk ink, 12" ruler and scoring bone, 3D pop dots, black pen, Diamond Stickles, plus standard tools and adhesive.

To order kits, just email me at moniquegriffith@yahoo.com and include your state or zip code, and if you prefer to pay with PayPal or mail a check. Shipping is available, and ranges from $5 in California, to $6-$9 in the rest of the US, depending on location. SHIPPING SPECIAL OFFER (for kits being shipped together): If you order 2 kits, get half-price shipping. Order 3 or more kits, and receive FREE shipping.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my new projects!!! Btw, be sure to check out the Everyday Cricut Blog HERE this coming Saturday as I will be a Guest Designer and will be showing a fun layout using the Give a Hoot cartridge.
