Hope you all had a wonderfully Happy Valentine's Day!! It was a busy work day around here, but ended with a lovely dinner date with my honey. I must confess, though, that despite my good intentions, I did not make him a Valentine card. However, Becca is a good girl and did make her hubby a ridiculously cute Valentine, so check this out! Her hubby loves Wall-E, so she made this card using the new Pixar cartridge. How awesome is this????? I just think it's way too adorable.
Since I'm such a slacker this year, I thought I'd take a little stroll down memory lane. I made this card last year with the Lovestruck cartridge. Gotta love that heart with wings!
Here's one of my most favorite layouts that I've ever done. I designed this for a class a year ago. OMG, I was soooo in love with this Sugar Rush paper by Basic Grey, and then using that with the Sweethearts cartridge was just a massive cute overload. That was WAY too much fun!! You can click on it to see it larger. (The kits are sold out, but I still have directions available for this.)
Alrighty, the 5 cards below were from one of my VERY first classes I ever taught (3+ years ago!!), which was at a local scrap store. They made all 5 cards in one class, and it was quite the whirlwind, but was really fun too. This first card used Paper Doll Dress Up + George for the font and hearts.
This card used Walk in My Garden and George, plus I used the Alphalicious font inside for the sentiment, which says "Bee Mine". The corner on the front of the card is actually cut away so the bee stays put when you open the card.
The Girlfriend card. The girl was from New Arrival - she's actually pregnant on the original cut, but I trimmed her belly to make her work for any occasion. I think the scalloped square was from Celebrations.
Gotta have a man card in the bunch. The fonts were from Opposites Attract.
And a little Minnie Mouse card for the Disney lover.
Thanks for stopping by today! Don't forget to leave a comment on today's post for a chance to win this week's blog candy - either the "In Bloom" or "Spring into Action" kit!

WOW--I did that class and loved those cards. I went on to make 2 more of the "you're super" cards and sent them to my 3 grandsons. Bye the way, the boys "flew" their cards from the top step of their stairs down to the living room. They loved them and so did I. Thanks for the reminder of those cards. It made me laugh.
